BACKCHAMFER
The Pentad Backchamfer Tooling System allows automatic backchamfering/deburring from 4mm – 20mm, with up to 63mm depth.
   
 
CHATTER FREE COUNTERSINKS
Self centering chatter free chamfering. Two-part tool allows for simple regrinding and setting.
   
 
ELLIPTICAL DEBURRING
Simple rise and fall action and self alignment to allow chamfering of holes on radial surfaces, i.e. crankshaft bearing journals.
   
 
SPINDLE NOSE TOOLING
Full range supply of spindle nose tooling in all standard formats: BT, DIN, ISO, HSK. We can also provide special configurations based on standard shank formats.
